Welcome to keinsaas. By accessing this website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.
1. Scope and Responsibility

Governing Law: The law of the client's jurisdiction shall apply. Consumer protection provisions of the client's country of residence remain unaffected.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
3. keinsaas Navigator - Service Description
3.1 What Navigator Provides
keinsaas Navigator is an LLM (Large Language Model) chat interface and workflow automation platform that allows you to:
• Access various AI models from different providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others)
• Send messages and receive AI-generated responses
• Upload files for AI processing
• Store and manage your chat history
• Choose between EU-hosted and non-EU-hosted models (clearly marked in the interface)
• Upload SOPs and documents to generate automation blueprints via an AI planning agent
• Manage payment and billing via integrated checkout (Stripe and Autumn)
• Connect third-party tools and manage credentials securely
• Execute and monitor automated workflows
• View dynamic dashboards of workflow execution results
• Provide feedback for iterative improvement of automations
3.2 Credit System
• You purchase credits to use Navigator
• Credits are consumed based on:
• The AI model you select
• The length of your messages
• File uploads and processing
• AI-generated responses
• Different models have different credit costs
• Credits do not expire while your account is active
3.3 AI Model Selection
• You can choose from multiple AI providers and models
• EU-hosted models are visually distinguished in the interface
• You are responsible for selecting models that meet your data residency requirements
• Model availability may change based on provider availability
3.4 Data Processing
When you use Navigator:
• Your messages are sent to the AI model provider you select
• Chat history is stored in Supabase (AWS servers in Europe)
• Each AI provider has their own data processing terms
• We do not use your data to train AI models
• You retain ownership of your content
3.5 Workflow Automation
When you use Navigator's workflow automation features:
• Workflow blueprints and specifications are stored on EU-hosted infrastructure
• Workflow execution occurs on DigitalOcean and Windmill (EU-hosted)
• Execution logs and outputs are retained in accordance with our data retention policy
• The full-service automation option includes EU-hosted infrastructure
4. Use License and Access Rights
4.1 Website Content
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on keinsaas' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. You may not:
• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for commercial purposes
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person
4.2 Navigator Software
License Grant: You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use keinsaas Navigator according to your subscription plan.
Usage Restrictions:
• No sharing of access credentials with third parties
• No reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly
• No automated scraping or excessive API calls
• Usage within purchased credit limits
• No use for illegal purposes or to generate harmful content
Availability: We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
5. User Responsibilities
When using Navigator, you are responsible for:
• Content: All messages, files, and content you input
• Model Selection: Choosing appropriate AI models for your use case
• Data Compliance: Ensuring your use complies with applicable data protection laws
• Prohibited Uses: Not using the service for illegal activities, generating harmful content, or violating others' rights
• Account Security: Keeping your login credentials secure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Consulting & Agency Services
• Pricing: Project-based or time & materials, as agreed per individual agreement
• Payment Terms: According to individual agreement, typically net 14 days
• Currency: Euro (EUR)
• Invoicing: According to Estonian tax law
6.2 Navigator Subscriptions
• Pricing: Based on subscription plan and credit purchases
• Payment Method: Automatic deduction via Stripe and Autumn
• Currency: Euro (EUR) or US Dollar (USD)
• Credits: Non-refundable once purchased
• Price Changes: Changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance
• Taxes: All prices plus applicable VAT
7. Termination and Contract Duration
7.1 Consulting & Agency Services
Project-based agreements end with project completion. Ongoing services can be terminated with 30 days' notice to the end of the month, unless otherwise agreed.
7.2 Navigator Subscriptions
Monthly Subscriptions:
• Monthly cancellation possible
• Cancellation before next billing date
• Access continues until end of paid period
• Unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation
Annual Subscriptions:
• Automatically renew for another year
• Cancellation at least 30 days before expiry
• No refunds for early terminations
• Unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation
Right to Cancel: Cancel anytime through your account or by email to navigator@keinsaas.com.
Termination by keinsaas: We may suspend or terminate your account for:
• Violation of these terms
• Non-payment
• Illegal or abusive use
• At our discretion with 30 days' notice
8. Third-Party AI Providers
8.1 Provider Terms
When using Navigator, you are also subject to the terms of service of the AI model providers you select. These may include:
• OpenAI's Terms of Use
• Anthropic's Terms of Service
• Google's Terms of Service
• Other providers' terms
8.2 Provider Changes
AI model availability, pricing, and capabilities may change based on provider decisions. We will notify you of material changes when possible.
8.3 Provider Liability
keinsaas OÜ is not responsible for:
• AI model outputs or accuracy
• Provider service interruptions
• Changes in provider terms or pricing
• Provider data processing practices
9. Disclaimer
9.1 Website Content
The materials on keinsaas' website are provided on an "as is" basis. keinsaas makes no warranties, expressed or implied.
9.2 Navigator Software
• The software is provided "as is"
• We do not guarantee AI output accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness for any purpose
• AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inappropriate material
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs before use
• We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits, to the extent permitted by law
10. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall keinsaas OÜ or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.
Exceptions:
• Intentional misconduct and gross negligence
• Injury to life, body, or health
• Breaches of essential contractual obligations
• Mandatory statutory liability provisions
11. Warranty and Defect Liability
11.1 Consulting & Agency Services
Statutory warranty rights under the applicable law of the client's jurisdiction apply to defects in services rendered. We commit to remedying defects within a reasonable period.
11.2 Navigator Software
In case of significant software defects, you have the right to:
• Remediation within a reasonable period
• Reduction of subscription price
• Extraordinary termination for irremediable defects
12. Data Protection and Confidentiality
The protection of your personal data is important to us. Details on data processing can be found in our separate Privacy Policy.
Confidentiality: keinsaas OÜ commits to treating all information obtained in the course of the business relationship confidentially.
Your Content: You retain all rights to content you input into Navigator. We do not claim ownership of your content.
13. Intellectual Property
13.1 Consulting & Agency Services
Rights to created works are transferred to the customer after full payment and according to individual agreement. Preliminary work and methods remain with keinsaas OÜ.
13.2 Navigator Software
• All rights to Navigator software remain with keinsaas OÜ
• You receive only a right of use according to these terms
• You retain all rights to your input content
• AI-generated outputs may have complex ownership — review provider terms
14. Links to Third-Party Sites
keinsaas has not reviewed all sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by keinsaas of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
15. Changes to Terms & Conditions
keinsaas may update these terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you via email or website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
16. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Governing Law: The law of the client's jurisdiction shall apply
• Consumers: Consumer protection provisions of the country of residence remain unaffected

• Jurisdiction: Tallinn, Estonia (for contracts with businesses)
• Consumers: Consumer protection provisions of the country of residence remain unaffected
18. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/odr
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
